Our approach to refunds and cancellations for consulting packages.

This Refund Policy explains the basis on which Aethervane Consulting Ltd ("we", "us" or "our") provides refunds and cancellations for our consulting packages. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
We want you to be confident in the value of our services. Because consulting involves senior time and tailored work, the terms below set out clearly when refunds and cancellations apply.
Our initial 45-minute discovery call is complimentary and carries no charge or commitment.
Our packages are billed monthly and may include a minimum term as stated in our Pricing section. You may cancel future billing at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation stops further charges; fees already invoiced for the current and any committed minimum period remain payable, as senior resources are reserved for your engagement.
For new clients, if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your first paid month and no substantial deliverables have yet been provided, you may request a refund of that first month's fee by contacting us. Where work has already been delivered, we may provide a partial refund reflecting the value of services performed.
Custom and enterprise programmes are governed by the cancellation and refund terms set out in the individual statement of work or engagement agreement, which takes precedence over this policy.
To request a refund or cancellation, please email [email protected] with your company name and the relevant invoice details. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and to process approved refunds within 14 business days, using the original payment method where possible.
Third-party costs we incur on your behalf (such as licences, software or travel arranged at your request) are non-refundable once committed.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the terms set out above.
